They develop a customized communication plan and ensure they fully understand a homebuyers’ selections. The Gregg Ranch Pulte field manager will also inspect the home’s foundation – along with a Marble Falls inspector, then the framing – searching for any bows, bulges or irregularities – and finally a pre-drywall inspection that includes evaluating the home’s electrical, mechanical installations, plumbing and ensuring all the client’s options were installed per their preferences. This allows the Pulte team to confirm the roots of every future Gregg Ranch home are the finest quality.
Orientation
As the team begins building, the Gregg Ranch Pulte field manager checks in daily with the construction team and keeps homeowners up to date. Before the drywall goes up, they walk through the home together to see how it has progressed and show the mechanical systems to the homeowner before the walls are enclosed. The field manager will review every component of the Gregg Ranch home, verifying it for excellence. After a final inspection, a Pulte representative will perform another quality review.
Celebration
After rigorous inspections, evaluations and construction is complete, the Gregg Ranch Pulte home is ready for move-in! Once clients enter their finished home, they’ll see how every small detail of craftsmanship and quality comes together to make their new Gregg Ranch haven a reality.
