Pulte Launches Early Interest List as Infrastructure Remains On Schedule

Real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments remains on schedule with the development of infrastructure for Gregg Ranch, a 240-acre master-planned community in Marble Falls, Texas. Pulte Homes, Gregg Ranch’s first builder, anticipates beginning pre-sales in late 2020 for approximately 100 homes.  Pulte Homes is introducing its Gregg Ranch offering on the Pulte.com website and has launched the early-interest list for the community’s first potential homebuyers.

• Floorplans ranging from 1,500 – 3,000+ square feet
• Two-four bedrooms
• Two-four and a half bathrooms
• Two- and three-car garage options
• Single-story with two-story/loft option
• Covered patios
