Complete your Day of the Dead event with this festive Papel Picado Banner to hang on the top of your Horchata and Agua Fresca stand or stretch across any open space as part of the festive décor. Also known as a Mexican Cutout Banner, our instructions can be modified for additional celebrations and special occasions. All you’ll need is brightly colored tissue paper, scissors or an X-acto knife, tape and string.
