NEW RICHMOND AMERICAN HOMES NEIGHBORHOODS IN GREGG RANCH ADD TO AN ALREADY THRIVING, DIVERSE, AND FAMILY-ORIENTED COMMUNITY

Gregg Ranch recently celebrated the opening of three new Richmond American Homes neighborhoods, inviting residents and prospective residents to tour models at its master-planned community in the iconic Texas Hill Country.

Guests who toured the model homes Seasons 1, 2, and 3 neighborhoods entered a raffle to win tickets to concerts in nearby Austin.

Great attention to detail has been placed on the numerous amenities included in each new home. Already residents enjoy walking and biking trails that are a center point of activity in the community’s natural terrain and landscaping. Phase 2 of Legacy Park will feature additional outdoor amenities.

Payson said the Gregg Ranch community reflects that of Marble Falls and the surrounding area.

“It’s a pretty diverse clientele at our coffee shop; those from the tech sector who live here but drive into Austin one to two days then work the rest of the week here in Marble Falls,” Payson said. “We also see residents in the 55+ age group who go to a yoga class in town then come in to our shop for a beverage. Parents who just dropped off the kids at school come in. Gregg Ranch contributes greatly to the diverse makeup of the region.”
