Monument Signage Construction Begins at Gregg Ranch

Aug 25, 2020

Gregg Ranch announced it has begun construction of its official welcome sign — its monument signage on Highway 281. The sign will serve as a visible beacon for the community and an example of the quality to be found once one enters the community. Using naturally rusticated metal slats encased in signature Texas stone, it will be surrounded by natural Texas landscaping, including trees, shrubs and grass. An important final touch is its two substantial flagpoles proudly waving our American and Texas flags. The anticipated date of completion is Fall.

Additional community infrastructure construction remains on track with Pulte Homes, the first builder at Gregg Ranch, expected to begin model construction by early Fall.

Gregg Ranch, west of Austin in charming Marble Falls, Texas, is a 240-acre master-planned community that is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family and 250 multifamily residences. The community is conveniently located at Routes 281 and 71, a short drive to major shopping, medical needs, charming downtown Marble Falls shops and restaurants, Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ and the famed Texas Lakes and Hill Country.
