Meet the Onsite Pulte Sales Team at Gregg Ranch

Potential homeowners at Gregg Ranch receive a warm welcome the moment they arrive at the onsite Pulte Homes sales center. They are likely greeted by sales consultants Kelly Chaney and Stephanie Shaffer with Pulte Homes, or another member of the talented Pulte team.


Kelly has been with Pulte Homes for 17 years. She began her professional career with the company in Virginia and recently transferred to Marble Falls. “I love the area, I love Texas and the Hill Country,” she shared. “I love helping people find their dream home, discover a new area with new experiences for them and really just help them find what they are looking for.”


Stephanie has eight years of experience in the real estate industry. She grew up in San Antonio but enjoyed visiting Horseshoe Bay and exploring the surrounding areas, as a child. She is really excited to live and work in this area! “It is amazing for me to be able to help people find a home in an area that I love and have such fond memories.
