Marble Falls Master Planned Community Gregg Ranch Celebrates Grand Opening April 16-17

Real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments announces the grand opening of Gregg Ranch, a 240-acre master-planned community, in Marble Falls, Texas on April 16-17. The city’s first new large-scale residential development in three decades is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family homes, 250 multifamily residences and a commercial area at completion. Pulte Homes, the first builder, is debuting new floor plans and designs specific to Gregg Ranch. Since December 2020, pre-sales have been going strong.

Grand Opening Event

The Grand Opening event is the first official unveiling of the community to the public and includes tours of two new models and viewing eight floorplans. Homes at Gregg Ranch include single-story homes as well as single-story with a loft option.

 

The event is by reservation only but reserving a time to visit is easy; potential homeowners and real estate professionals should just go to https://greggranch.com/. The event runs Saturday, April 17, from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, April 18, from noon to 4 p.m.

 

Due to safety precautions, masks will be required inside the models. Visitors will also be able to see the first two parks, including a barn-style ramada under construction. Attendees can enjoy the bocce courts, horseshoe pits, a “life-sized” checkers game, or watch their kids try-out the playground area.

Pulte Homes

Pulte Homes is preselling approximately 100 homes at Gregg Ranch that seamlessly incorporate indoor and outdoor living spaces designed around entertaining and lifestyle and infused with smart technology. Homes start in the low $300,000s and range from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,000 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, two- and three-car garage options and covered patios. Most floor plans are single-story, but some have a loft option for growing families.
