Local Craftsman Build Whimsical Gregg Ranch Ramada

A delightful barn-style ramada at Gregg Ranch is nearing completion. Local Marble Falls craftsman Kelly Steele and his team at Square Foot Solutions are hard at work finishing the future community gathering spot in Mrs. Gregg’s Park. The charming ramada is the perfect size for a Gregg Ranch family or neighbors to gather together and celebrate special occasions or enjoy a peaceful picnic at the park.

 
Concepted and designed by Harvard Investment’s marketing team – the Sieb Organization – the ramada construction is in good hands with Kelly and Square Foot Solutions. Kelly is a fifth-generation Texan and second-generation carpenter, turned builder who has been instrumental in constructing over 85 single family residences and many more commercial boutique projects in his time as a builder. His passion lies in construction and the challenge of bringing each project to fruition.

 
Kelly has worked with some of the most respected architects and designers in Texas and we’re privileged to have such a talented team completing the delightful addition to the Gregg Ranch community.
