Home Sales Remain Strong at Gregg Ranch

PulteGroup Has Sold Nearly 50 Percent of Phase One Homes, Community Prepares for Phase Two Park and Amenity Construction

 

Real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments reports that home sales at Gregg Ranch, Marble Falls’ first new large-scale residential development in three decades, remain strong as 2021 wraps up. PulteGroup, the community’s first builder, debuted new floor plans and designs specific to the 240-acre master-planned community at the grand opening in April 2021. Pulte’s sales have been steady with 70 out of 151 phase one homes sold, and demand remains high as residents continue to move in this winter.

 

“Gregg Ranch has had the opportunity to serve a wide variety of homebuyers within the first 70 sales,” shared the PulteGroup sales team. “Some are moving to be closer to their family, others for their jobs, some are looking to move out of larger cities for a more rural lifestyle, and others live in the Marble Falls area and are looking for a new home.”

 

Completed phase one amenities at Gregg Ranch include an outdoor kids play area, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, a barn-style ramada, outdoor barbeque, a “life-sized” checkers game and more. Phase two construction should begin in Spring 2022 and is anticipated to feature a centrally-located community center with pool, plus a dog park, generous greenbelts and nearly six miles of walking, jogging and biking trails.

 

Upon completion, Gregg Ranch is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family homes, 250 multi-family residences and a commercial area.
