Jul 20, 2020
Smoothies are so easy, especially if you have a Nutribullet or something similar. Easy to make and easy to clean up, a pre-teen can definitely manage, especially if you pull the ingredients together in the refrigerator for them earlier in the day.
Find “home grown” fruits and flaxseed at the H-E-B, or Sweet Berry Farm. We found this recipe in Epicurious, but you’ll enjoy creating your own versions once you get started – it’s a healthy addiction!
