What Community Amenities are Available at Gregg Ranch?

Homeowners will enjoy access to planned amenities anticipated to include a resident-only park, due for completion in Phase 1. Called Mrs. Gregg’s Park, it is planned to include a kid’s play area, ramada, horseshoe pit, seating and a Little Lending Library in honor of Mrs. Gregg, a longtime teacher in Marble Falls. A second sports and play area park, also reserved for residents only, will be built in Phase 2 and is anticipated to include a half-soccer field perfect for practice with the kids, tee-ball, frisbee, kite flying, community concerts or family picnics.
