Gregg Ranch Supports Three Marble Falls Organizations for the Holidays

Dec 8, 2022

For the second year, Harvard Investments is supporting three outstanding Marble Falls organizations as they lift local families and spread holiday cheer. Helping Center Food Bank, Marble Falls Walkway of Lights and Highland Lakes Christmas for Kids Toy Drive make a significant impact and as developers of Gregg Ranch, Harvard Investments is grateful for the opportunity to help each this season.

“We’d like to express our appreciation for those who have chosen to call Gregg Ranch home, as well as share our gratitude for the warm welcome we’ve received from the Marble Falls community,” said Chris Cacheris, senior vice president of Harvard Investments. “We’re believe in what this community can become and we’re happy to support these commendable local organizations, especially this time of year.”

Harvard’s donation to the Helping Center Food Bank in Marble Falls will feed 45 local families for a month at a time when many families need support the most. The Helping Center has been changing the lives of Marble Falls residents for more than three decades through food donations, assistance with medical needs and transportation, among many other meaningful services.

“We are overwhelmed by the generosity of Harvard Investments on behalf of Gregg Ranch residents,” shared Lesa Koster, Helping Center Board Member. “These much needed funds will dramatically impact the approximately 2,500 people we serve each month.”

The donation to Christmas in Marble Fallswill help support the city’s popular winter activities, including the Walkway of Lights and countless other activities that help make the holidays in Marble Falls a unique experience.

Finally, the donation to Highland Lakes Christmas for Kids will provide toys for approximately 100 children this holiday season. The Christmas for Kids Toy Drive is a collaboration with the local fire department, which disperses toys for children in need in the Highland Lakes area.

Cacheris added, “It’s important as a part of Marble Falls to seek ways to strengthen our community, whether it’s through toys for deserving children, a hot meal for a family in need or the continuation of Marble Falls traditions like the beautiful holiday light displays.”

Located in charming Marble Falls, Texas this 240-acre master-planned community is northwest of Austin and is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family and 250 multi-family residences. A central community area with an outdoor pool, ramada, barbeque area, shaded play area and bocce ball and horseshoe pits are planned. Gregg Ranch outdoor amenities will also include 5.5 miles of jogging and biking trails throughout the community, plus a dog park. The community is conveniently located at the intersection of State Highways 281 and 71, and is a short drive to Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ and the famed Texas Lake and Hill Country.
