Mar 27, 2024

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, surrounded by state parks, lakes, and rivers, Marble Falls, Texas, is growing.

Gregg Ranch is pleased to announce it is opening three new neighborhoods by national homebuilder Richmond American Homes in Marble Falls.

A grand opening is scheduled for April 27 with home models and community amenity self-tours available from noon to 4 p.m.

Gregg Ranch encompasses 240 acres and offers single family detached homes, perfect for families, couples, singles, empty-nesters and retirees. Richmond American Homes will offer a diverse range of homes from 1,687 square feet to 3,000 square feet; from two- up to six-bedroom layouts. Homes will be priced from the low $400,000s.

The three Richmond American Homes neighborhoods – Seasons 1, 2, and 3 – will offer multiple floor plans. Exclusive to the Marble Falls and Austin area, Richmond American Homes’ UltraGarage®  is available with certain floor plans. These “big toy” garages are perfect for RVs, ATVs, boats, and every type of adventure gear.

Walking and biking trails are a center point of activity for residents enjoying the outstanding natural terrain and landscaping. At completion, Gregg Ranch has plans for expansion to approximately 5.5 miles of public community walking, jogging and biking trails. Phase 2 of Legacy Park will feature a community swimming pool to complement the already completed bocce ball court and open field designed for soccer practice, T-ball, Frisbee, kite flying, community concerts, and family picnics.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the beautiful Gregg Ranch master planned community and the growing Marble Falls community,” said Mike Hyland | Austin Division President for Richmond American Homes. “With our flexible and complementary floorplan lineup, three-car and UltraGarage® options, we aim to serve a wide variety of home buyers that are attracted to the onsite amenities at Gregg Ranch.”

Gregg Ranch is at the front door of Texas Hill Country, which is famous for unique wineries, museums, live music, restaurants, all in the more than 100 cities and small towns within driving distance; each providing a taste of culture and hospitality.

Marble Falls boasts a downtown center with flourishing shops, restaurants, festivals and attractions throughout the year. It is a short drive from the best of Hill Country camping, nature hiking/biking within six state parks, rivers, and five lakes, including nearby Lake LBJ.

Marble Falls proudly features A+ rated schools, a distinction granted by the Texas Education Agency and spanning across elementary, middle, and high school levels. The Marble Falls Downtown District and Shops at Old Oak Square serve as social gathering points for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Just a short drive away are retail centers and specialty centers such as Hill County Galleria, The Shops of Spicewood and The Shops at the Galleria in Bee Cave.

While Marble Falls has numerous local small and mid-sized businesses serving its residents’ every need, the town has also been recognized as one of the most economically vibrant small towns in the country, attracting new businesses that now call Marble Falls home. Among them, the new Baylor Scott & White Hospital and Clinic is less than a mile away from Gregg Ranch.

At Gregg Ranch, residents enjoy access to two resident-only parks. In addition to Legacy Park, Gregg’s Park is built in honor of the original landowning family. Local citizens recall Mrs. Gregg as their elementary school teacher, and in honor of her contributions the park features a “little free” library built into a vintage school desk, and a red barn ramada complete with porch swing, weather vane, picnic table, and a tractor table with tractor seats.

“We are pleased to have Richmond American Homes, a well-respected, national homebuilder, at Gregg Ranch. We believe their floor plans and the ‘toy garage’ feature will be well received by home buyers,” said Chris Cacheris, Senior Vice President at Harvard Investments, the Arizona-based developer of Gregg Ranch.
