Gregg Ranch Infrastructure Complete in October

Gregg Ranch developer Harvard Investments is pleased to announce that all major infrastructure, will be complete in October. Dry utility work is finished and road paving is less than two weeks away. Once paving is complete, the electric company will begin to pull wire. Upon electrical completion, Gregg Ranch will be ready for Pulte Homes to begin building their Phase One models. Models are anticipated to be complete late Spring.
The community monumental signage, welcoming people into Gregg Ranch, from Highway 281 is nearly complete. The naturally rusticated metal slats encased in signature Texas stone are up and will be surrounded by natural Texas landscaping, including trees, shrubs and grass. Two final touches, the large metal Gregg Ranch lettering and its two substantial flagpoles proudly waving our American and Texas flags, are also anticipated to be complete mid-October.
Gregg Ranch, 45 minutes west of downtown Austin in charming Marble Falls, Texas, is a 240-acre master-planned community that is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family and 250 multi-family residences.
