2023 will be a big year for Phase Two at Gregg Ranch, Marble Falls new master-planned community as the project management team prepares to accommodate 112 new single-family homes and add several popular new community amenities including an expansive Community Center and Pool area.
Community Infrastructure and Natural Gas Installation
The installation of the natural gas lines is nearing completion, which creates significant benefits including increased efficiency, reduced operational costs, reliability and a greener/cleaner option. Natural gas is planned to be available in all future phases of Gregg Ranch.
Other Spring 2023 infrastructure updates include wrap up of all wet utilities installations and starting work on the streets. Gregg Ranch Project Manager Nathan Neese of C3 Development shared the team will next focus on new landscaping, fencing and beginning construction on the amenity center in the spring and summer.
“Our Marble Falls-based civil engineering firm K.C. Engineering and Austin-based Ross Construction teams continue to diligently and thoughtfully move this project along,” explained Neese. “Now that we are in the final stretch of constructing the lots in Phase 2, we’re starting to design Phase 3 and permitting the amenity site as we work to continue enhancing this pristine Texas master-planned community.”
Phase Two Amenities
In addition to the 112 new Pulte homes – which will help alleviate the area’s high demand for quality homes – Phase Two will also include an expansive Community Center, anticipated to include a main pool area with two 60-foot-long lap lanes, pool play features and tot area with shade sails. A pergola, fire pit, additional shade and plenty of shaded seating are also planned.
The new community center will be located at Cora Lee and Gregg Ranch Blvd, within the community’s resident-only Legacy Park. Additionally, more trails and walking areas will be added in Phase Two. To provide even more recreation options for Gregg Ranch families, Harvard Investments plans to include volleyball and pickleball courts, gaga ball pit, a playground, generous greenbelts, picnic pavilion and a dog park to accommodate both small and large dogs.
Completed Phase One amenities at Gregg Ranch include an outdoor kids play area, bocce ball, horseshoe pit, a barn-style ramada, outdoor barbeque, a “life-sized” checkers game and more. Upon completion, Gregg Ranch is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family homes, 250 multi-family residences and a commercial area.
