Despite a rainy summer, the Gregg Ranch construction teams remain on course with curbing 90% complete, monumental signage starting soon and Phase 1 neighborhood roads nearly completed.

With roads ready going to Pulte Homes two neighborhoods, Pulte is expected to begin construction of models soon—a good thing as interest from potential Gregg Ranch homeowners continues to increase. In about a month, those driving up Highway 281 will see the Gregg Ranch monument signage going up at the entrance of the community.
