School’s out and it’s summertime. There are many exciting summer festivities to look forward to. One of the biggest summer celebrations is the Fourth of July. Spend the day with family and friends barbequing and watching fireworks. Here are the best places near Gregg Ranch to celebrate the Fourth of July!
Located just 15 minutes from Gregg Ranch is Lake LBJ. This beautiful, scenic lake will be hosting a firework show this year on the Fourth of July. The show will be starting at 9:30 p.m. and will be broadcast live on 102.9 FM. Fireworks are a quintessential aspect of Fourth of July celebrations, so be sure not to miss this year’s show. Bring your friends and family for a beautiful night on the lake.
Spring Creek Gardens Independence Day Celebration
On Saturday, July 3, at 5 p.m., Spring Creek Gardens (11355 US Highway 281 N, Spring Branch, United States) will be hosting an Independence Day celebration! Just 45 minutes from Gregg Ranch, this event will have live music, food trucks, lawn games and several areas to enjoy the fireworks show. There is something that everyone in the family can enjoy at the Spring Creek Gardens Independence Day Celebration.
Johnson City is hosting a Fourth of July celebration this year! This all-day extravaganza will run from 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, at 619 US-281, Johnson City, TX, 78636. Located just 15 minutes from Gregg Ranch this event will include food, music, fun and fireworks. The fireworks will take place at dusk at the Blanco County Fairgrounds on the north side of Johnson City.
The Llano Rock’N Riverfest will be held July 2-4 at 300 Legion Drive, Llano, TX. There will be personal watercraft races across the Llano River just northwest of the Roy Inks Bridge, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on July 3. Spectators will be seen whooping and cheering from the shore. The Kingsland AquaBoom Fourth of July festivities will take place from July 2-4. The annual AquaBoom Golf Tournament will take place on July 2 starting at 9 a.m. On July 3, there will be a poker run on the river, an arts and crafts show, dinner and a street dance. On July 4, there will be a parade, costume contest and fireworks! Come and enjoy the Kingsland AquaBoom Fourth of July festivities this year.
Betram Fourth of July Fireworks
On Sunday, July 4, from 8-9 p.m. the Betram Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting a free firework show at the Chief J.O. Wilson Sports Complex at 549 FM 243 E in Bertram, TX. This will be a fun filled show, jam packed with exciting entertainment. Plus, there is the added benefit of the volunteer fire department being there to oversee the fireworks being set off. Get there early to secure the best spots and bring chairs and blankets to ensure the utmost of comfort during the show.
On July 4 at dusk, Krause Springs will be putting on an incredible fireworks display. This farmed swimming hole, located at 424 County road 404, Spicewood TX, shows stunning fireworks every year, and 2021 will be no exception. Marble Falls Fireworks Spectacular
On July 4, Marble Falls will be hosting their very own fireworks display at 306 Buena Vista Drive, Marble Falls, TX. Leading up to the fireworks, which will occur over Lake Marble Falls at dusk, there will be live music, booths with fun for the kids and food to purchase. Bring the kids along and they will be entertained for hours. There is no better way to celebrate the Fourth of July then in our own backyard at Lake Marble Falls.
City of Cedar Park’s Firework Display
This year the City of Cedar Park will be hosting a gorgeous fireworks show. On July 4, at 9:15 p.m., there will be a dynamic firework display at Milburn Park at 1901 Sun Chase Boulevard. Come early and enjoy the food trucks, which will be there from 5:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m., and stay after to watch the Sandlot movie in the park! There will be music playing and a wonderful atmosphere. The fun activities occurring before and after the display will make for an exciting, memorable evening.
