Gather with your Highland Lakes friends and neighbors to peruse fresh produce, beautiful art, handmade specialty crafts and countless other treasures and tasty treats. Each of the seven destinations below is less than a half hour from Gregg Ranch and Marble Falls and promises hours of relaxing outdoor discovery, community and Texas charm.

Description of event, things to know: Llano’s Farmer’s Market is a community inspired market, sponsored by Llano Main Street. Market vendors sell homegrown produce and handmade items including quilts, pottery and many mediums of art from watercolor and oil paint to pencils and pastels. It’s a welcoming event for locals and visitors alike.

Description of event, things to know: Also called Garage Sale on the Square, this event happens monthly and is one “pickers” should not miss. At this event you can sell your garage sale items out of the trunk of your car or browse the collection of items that will fill the square. This event is free with live music, adding to the fun.

Description of event, things to know: The Cool Arts Show & Studio Tour has expanded, now including live music, food trucks and activities for kids. This year artists will also be hanging their art on walls, as opposed to room dividers. Event coordinators are excited for these changes and can’t wait to see it come to life. Description of event, things to know: The Sip and Stroll Art Show is a unique event where all proceeds benefit the Sunrise Beach Volunteer Fire Department. To account for the “sip” part of the event, guests who purchase a numbered ticket can claim a bottle of authentic, local wine, donated by Hill Country Wineries. For the “stroll” portion of the event, guests will be able to browse and bid on extraordinary painting, sculptures and crafts. Bid winners can take their items home the same day. This event truly is one of a kind.
