First Builder Pulte Homes to Debut New Designs at Gregg Ranch
Real estate investment and development company Harvard Investments announces today the launch of Gregg Ranch, a 240-acre master-planned community, in Marble Falls, Texas. The city’s first new large-scale residential development in three decades is anticipated to be home to approximately 700 single-family and 550 multi-family residences. Gregg Ranch’s first builder, Pulte Homes, anticipates beginning pre-sales in 2020 on approximately 100 homes, which will include debuting new floor plans and designs for the community.
“We’re grateful to be part of this area’s growth, and the opportunity to build what we are confident will be a remarkable community in a city as special as Marble Falls,” said Chris Cacheris, senior vice president of Harvard Investments. “We’re focused on creating a community that compliments what Marble Falls already exemplifies and build on its reputation as a great Texas small town focused of inclusivity, connectedness and community.”
Cacheris added, “We’re delighted to partner with Pulte Homes as the community’s first builder. As long-time leaders in home-building, they share our vision for offering quality, personalized homes people will be happy to live in and proud to pass down for generations.”
At completion, Gregg Ranch is planned to feature a central community area with an outdoor pool, ramada, barbecue area, play area, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, miles of jogging and biking trails throughout the community, and a dog park. The community is conveniently located at Routes 281 and 71, a short drive to major shopping, medical needs, charming downtown Marble Falls shops and restaurants, Lake Marble Falls, Lake LBJ and the famed Texas Lakes and Hill Country.
“The City is excited to see Gregg Ranch come to fruition,” shared John Packer, Mayor of the City of Marble Falls. “Years of planning and effort have gone into ensuring that this development meets the needs of our growing community without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our area.”
Pulte Homes is slated to build approximately 100 homes at Gregg Ranch that seamlessly incorporate indoor and outdoor living spaces designed around entertaining and lifestyle, and infused with smart technology. Homes will range from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,000 square feet and have two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, two- and three-car garage options and covered patios. Most floor plans are single-story, but some have a loft option for growing families.
“Gregg Ranch is a tremendous opportunity for Pulte to unveil something completely new for families eager to call Marble Falls home,” said Greg Salinas, PulteGroup Division President. “The community will include new floor plans with redesigned exteriors, décor and technology that create more room for growing families, empty nesters and retirees to live, celebrate and connect in the ways they want.”
Salinas added, “We’ve focused on greater openness in the main living triangle, ensuring Smart Technology is the backbone of each home and maximizing living in a place as exceptional as Marble Falls.”
Pulte will begin building Phase 1 homes once Harvard Investments completes the community’s infrastructure.
“We value our partnership with the Gregg Ranch team and look forward to seeing this neighborhood become part of the fabric of Marble Falls,” added Christian Fletcher, Executive Director of the Marble Falls EDC.
